All merchandise purchased from us.amorepacific.com can only be returned to us.amorepacific.com within 30days of purchase.
The merchandise must be in the original packaging unopened and unused for returns and or exchanges.
If you wish to return or exchange an item, fill out the return and exchange goods form (alongside the invoice) in the package and place it inside the return package with the original merchandise.
Also, for your convenience, we have included a return label on the invoice.

cancellation. You will not be billed for any items that were cancelled
